1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jlbb," "Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jlbb online gaming platform accessible at jlbb.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the jlbb website, progressive web application, mobile interface, and all related software, tools, and services provided by jlbb.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the jlbb Platform or accesses any service offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jlbb Platform through which you access games and financial services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their jlbb account using any supported payment method that are available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive-based funds credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required under Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "GCash / Maya" refers to Philippine-based digital wallet services operated by Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations) and PayMaya Philippines Inc., respectively, which are among the payment methods supported on the jlbb Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to the jlbb Platform and all real-money gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is established in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulatory requirements governing online gambling. By registering an account, you unconditionally represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration. jlbb reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the Player's age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jlbb Platform is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the jlbb Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. jlbb does not permit access from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. Players from Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all regions across the Philippine archipelago are eligible to register subject to age and identity verification requirements.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a valid jlbb account, you must:

• Provide a valid Philippine mobile number and a current, active email address;
• Submit accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address;
• Create a unique, secure password for your jlbb account;
• Confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the jlbb Privacy Policy;
• Successfully complete SMS OTP verification to confirm ownership of the provided mobile number; and
• Complete KYC identity verification with a valid Philippine government-issued ID prior to the processing of any withdrawal.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on the jlbb Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where jlbb detects or reasonably suspects that a Player holds multiple accounts, jlbb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances (including winnings) held across those accounts without prior notice.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jlbb account credentials, including your registered mobile number, email address, and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jlbb will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your jlbb account using your credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless and until you notify jlbb of unauthorized access.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jlbb is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. Acceptable identity documents include: Philippine System Identification (PhilSys) card, passport, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), and other government-issued identification acceptable at jlbb's discretion. jlbb reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of address and source of funds, at any time.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

jlbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or cheating;
• Violation of PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law;
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• Request by the Player for self-exclusion under the jlbb Responsible Gaming program; or
• Any other circumstance that jlbb, in its sole and reasonable discretion, deems appropriate.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlbb accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the Player's own name. jlbb does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits are credited to the Player's real-money balance immediately upon successful transaction confirmation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200; and (d) withdrawal requests being processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. jlbb targets a processing time of 10–20 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals, though processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems and transaction volumes.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jlbb Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency payment methods. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player. jlbb is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges applied by third-party payment processors.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlbb offers various promotional incentives to eligible Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and time limitations applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reviewing and understanding wagering requirements before claiming any bonus at jlbb.

5.3 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

jlbb actively monitors bonus redemption patterns for evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors or loopholes in bonus terms, coordinated play between accounts, and any other activity that jlbb determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is detected, jlbb reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and associated winnings and to close the Player's account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds are subject to expiry. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds that have not been wagered within thirty (30) days of credit to the Player's account will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance without compensation.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games available on the jlbb Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and live dealer systems sourced from reputable third-party game providers. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness and compliance with advertised Return to Player (RTP) figures. jlbb does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for variance or volatility that results in losses consistent with the mathematical parameters of any given game.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game interruption that results in an incorrect display of game outcomes or an erroneous credit to a Player's account, jlbb reserves the right to void affected game rounds and correct balances accordingly. jlbb is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Malfunctions void all pays and plays to the extent required to correct the technical error.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. jlbb reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice. Players utilising bonus funds may be subject to reduced maximum bet limits as specified in individual promotion terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the jlbb Platform:

1. Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any time during account operation;
2. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform or any game;
3. Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical glitches for financial gain;
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Players;
5. Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
6. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law;
7. Allowing another person to use your jlbb account, or using another person's account;
8. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions;
9. Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the Platform or the experience of other Players; or
10. Any other conduct that jlbb, in its sole and reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jlbb Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, audio, and visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlbb or its licensed game and content providers. Nothing in these Terms or on the Platform grants any Player any right, title, or interest in or to any such intellectual property. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, reverse engineering, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any content on the jlbb Platform without express written authorisation from jlbb is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.

9. Responsible Gaming

jlbb is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and player welfare. We provide the following tools and resources to all registered Players to assist in managing their gaming activity at jlbb.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their jlbb account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlbb, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute products or services.

jlbb's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player into their jlbb account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlbb does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk.

11. Termination

Either you or jlbb may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your jlbb account by contacting customer support and requesting account closure, subject to the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in accordance with jlbb's standard withdrawal procedures and applicable KYC requirements.

jlbb may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) jlbb is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) jlbb reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or harmful conduct; or (d) continuing to operate the account would expose jlbb or other Players to unacceptable risk. Upon termination for cause, jlbb reserves the right to withhold or void balances as permitted under these Terms and applicable law.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jlbb, we encourage you to first contact jlbb customer support to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.

For game-related disputes — such as technical malfunctions or contested game outcomes — jlbb's records and server-side logs shall be the definitive and final record of all gameplay activity and shall prevail over any Player-submitted screenshots or other evidence unless manifestly incorrect.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jlbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, jlbb will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the jlbb Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the jlbb Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
